Localsville Child Safety Standards
These standards are published by Localsville LLC ("Localsville") and apply to everything on the Localsville service.
Zero tolerance
Localsville prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to use Localsville to harm a child. There are no exceptions and no second chances: content is removed, accounts are terminated, and where the law requires or permits it, reports are made to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or law enforcement.
How Localsville is built to prevent harm
- Public content is reviewed by a person before it is published. New profiles, profile changes, offerings and photos on public pages go through human pre-publication review.
- Anyone can report, from anywhere in the app. Every public profile and every private message can be reported in a few taps. The report reasons include "Involves a minor or serious harm", which routes to the top of the safety queue ahead of all other work.
- Anyone can block anyone. Blocking closes contact in both directions and the blocked person is not told.
- Private messages are text-only. Users cannot send images to each other in Localsville messages.
Reporting a concern about a child
Use the in-app Report control and choose "Involves a minor or serious harm" — this is the fastest route to the safety team — or contact the designated child-safety point of contact:

What happens to a report
A person — not an algorithm — reviews every child-safety report as the highest priority in the queue. Localsville restricts or removes reported content while review is under way when appropriate, preserves evidence as the law requires rather than redistributing it, and evaluates every confirmed or apparent case against applicable child-safety laws, including reporting obligations to NCMEC or the relevant authority.
Compliance
Localsville complies with applicable child-safety laws in the places it operates. These standards are part of the Community Guidelines that every contributor affirmatively accepts before posting public content or sending messages.
